1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Extractasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Extractasy is a data extraction platform that enables users to extract data from files into structured tables.

The service may include:

File uploads
AI-powered data extraction
Export to spreadsheet formats

3. Account Requirements

Have a valid Google account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Age Requirements

While we do not enforce strict age restrictions, users under 13 years old should have parental consent.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
If an extraction fails due to a technical error and no data is generated, credits will be refunded to your balance.
We do not offer credit refunds for extractions that produce low-quality or undesired results.
We do not offer monetary refunds except where required by law.

6. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain full ownership of the documents and data you upload or generate.
You grant us permission to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving Extractasy.

7. Content and Conduct Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use Extractasy for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Upload malicious, infringing, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
Use bots or automation tools without explicit permission

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We store basic user information(name, email), uploaded files and generated data.
No confidential information is stored.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within your account settings.
No backups of your data are maintained after deletion.

9. Service Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features at any time.
We will consider user feedback, but changes are made at our sole discretion.
In case of service interruptions, we may provide free credits as compensation for extended downtime.
No monetary compensation is provided for service interruptions.
Rate limits may be enforced for fair usage to prevent abuse of the system.

10. Usage Terms

No strict daily or monthly usage limits apply under normal use.
To maintain fair access and prevent abuse, we apply rate limits which may temporarily restrict excessive usage.
Account sharing is permitted.
Commercial use is allowed.

11. Intellectual Property

All Extractasy branding, design, and platform code remain our intellectual property. Users may not replicate or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 30 days.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
